Katy is a tiny white ball of fluff, with a loving heart and big, brown hopeful eyes. She would love to go everywhere with you, although at one time it looked like she was not going to get a chance to go anywhere. Always friendly and wanting only to be cherished for her sweet nature, little Katy was recently thrown away like an old tissue by her person. Even worse, she landed in a high kill shelter and very nearly didn’t come out again. Her pleading face caught the eye of a rescue worker and gave Katy a second chance. Very smart, her favorite activity is giving kisses, or sitting up like a little lady for a treat. She wants to be held and loved. She craves human touch and would like to spend the rest of her life looking up into your eyes. Her devotion is very real and will reward you all the days of your lives together. She lives and breathes to bring happiness and joy to those around her. She would like to forget forever those terrible days in the shelter and lose herself in your love. Possibly you could be the one to give Katy the lap to sit on and the hand to stroke her. She will smile her best for you and make every day sunny!

Katy is a bit of a diva and therefore will not be placed in a home with young children or with other dogs.
