Prudence lost her original family due to financial difficulties and is now living in a foster home . She is a medium-large, beautiful golden-orange and dark torti with a soft, silky fur that reminds one of the coloring of autumn leaves.

Prudence is an active three year old, very curious, and likes to open doors and drawers and explore whatever is inside. She loves  working out on a scratch board or cat-climb, and watching birds, chipmonks and squirrels outside the window or from a screened porch. Lots of the time she just follows me (her foster mom) around the house, sometimes sitting on whatever I happen to be working, sitting in the inbox observing what is going on, or curling up in a nearby chair when I am on the computer. When tired out from her schedule of keeping track of everything in the house, she’ll nap in a sunny window,  under the comforter on the bed or in a cushioned chair on the porch.  .

She comes to greet me at the door with the other cats when I return home. She is very friendly when company visits and manages to get lots of head and back rubs. She gets along  with her four foster feline siblings, enjoyed touching noses with a visiting dog and loves it when the grandchildren come to play with her and pet her. She would be a great family companion.
